We take a custom approach to every project. We have experience in building out and running the systems to allow hybrid meetings run smoothly but have also provided advising and training on how to use resources some clubs already have.

Our staff includes Rotarian and Kiwanian experience, and we have been running club meetings since 2013! Our first truly hybrid meeting was back in 2017 and we have been developing different solutions to the problem of how to engage members that are not at the physical meeting.

Before that, we professionally managed event AV starting in 2005 and had years of overseeing teams of videographers, photographers, sound engineers, stage direction, and audio-video presentations to crowds both large and small.

In our approach, we ask a lot of questions. It is important to understand needs, expectations, and the limitations any meeting might be facing. In most cases, we have faced them, too!
